Although we have released “estie Market Research,” a data analysis platform for cities, and our follow-up products have been well received by many companies, they are not quite where we want them to be, and we still lack the people and capabilities to realize “a future where Japanese cities are world-class.

We are looking for people who will lead the development of products that will improve the future of Japan.
The reason why we hire SRE position?
Under these circumstances, service reliability is becoming an issue. There are a wide range of issues, including management of the infrastructure that has been set up for each of the numerous services, definition and operation of service reliability including SLO establishment, unified monitoring and rapid detection mechanisms, stabilization of management including security, measures against information leaks, and other security-conscious architectures, etc.
Currently, the SRE team consists of two members.
We are looking for a person who can work together with us in SRE to solve issues in the real estate field.
Responsibilities
- Construction of new services using AWS / modification and operation of existing services
- Construction and operation of monitoring environment for fault detection and capacity planning
- Development and operation of various infrastructures and tools to improve developer experience
- Question and answer with clients on security aspects and realization of improvement items
- Operation and performance improvement of applications and middleware

- Experience in proposing and building a company-wide system at the time of launching the SRE platform
Required Skills
- Experience as an SRE in achieving start-up, improvement, (One of the following is required as an example)
- Experience in improving Observability
- Experience in establishing and operating SLOs
- Experience in building and improving CI/CD environment from scratch
- Experience in improving performance of DB queries in cooperation with development teams
- Experience in drastically reducing the cost of using services such as public cloud
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Basic knowledge of networking and security
- Experience in small-scale development such as scripting
- Experience with git and GitHub
Preferred Skills
- Experience in team development as a software engineer
- Management or team lead experience
- Experience in OSS activities such as publishing your own software or contributing to well-known repositories
- Experience in external activities such as speaking at conferences (CTF, ISUCON, etc.)
