User Accounts and Registration

• One person may maintain only one account
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

Account Responsibilities

Prohibited Activities

Job Postings and Applications

For Employers

• Job postings must be for legitimate employment opportunities
• All information must be accurate and complete
• Comply with applicable employment laws
• Respect candidate privacy and data protection
• Provide timely responses to applications

For Job Seekers

• Provide truthful information in applications
• Respect employer time and communication preferences
• Apply only to positions of genuine interest
• Maintain professional communication standards

Content and Intellectual Property

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services. You represent that you have the right to share all submitted content.

Platform Content

Tokyo Job's design, features, and proprietary content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Payment and Fees

Tokyo Job offers both free and premium services. Premium features may include enhanced job posting visibility, advanced search capabilities, and priority support.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

Privacy and Data Protection

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

Employment Outcomes

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon Termination:

• Your access to the platform will cease
• Some provisions of these Terms will survive termination
• We may retain certain information as required by law
• Outstanding obligations remain enforceable

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Japan, except where prohibited by applicable law. We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve issues before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

Changes to Terms
