We have released estie Market Research, a data analytics platform for urban real estate, and subsequent products that have been well received by many clients. Yet, we are still far from where we aim to be. To realize our vision of “Japanese cities thriving on a global scale,” we need more talent, more expertise, and more partners to join us.

Responsibilities
- As a software engineer, you will build data pipelines that deliver value to users through the following responsibilitiesl:
- Proposing and validating new ideas for data delivery and quality improvement
- Making technical proposals that balance short-term outcomes with long-term value creation, and designing and implementing solutions based on them
- dentifying key challenges for the team, setting priorities, and planning and executing initiatives
- Defining data quality requirements, and designing and implementing strategies for monitoring and continuous improvement

Required Skills
- Experience in designing, developing, and operating backend systems (approximately 3 years or more)
- Experience in development and operation using RDBMS, DWH products, or file-based systems
- Experience in team-based software development
Preferred Skills
- Practical experience in system development using Python or dbt
- Experience using DWH products such as Snowflake
- Experience in developing and operating systems with a strong focus on data
- Experience in data analysis and exploration using SQL
- Knowledge of machine learning
