Background
estie is a real estate tech company that develops products in the commercial real estate domain with a focus on offices.
We have developed a SaaS called “estie Market Survey”, an office data analysis platform for real estate operators, and since our Series A funding of 1 billion yen in January 2022, we have been pursuing a “multi-product strategy” to tackle various issues in the office domain.
In order to develop multiple products following the “estie Market Survey” in the future, it is essential to have design engineers who can unravel complex operations and materialize the ideal experience envisioned.
The activities of estie's design engineers vary widely from person to person. Because we launch new products one after another, we are able to assign design engineers according to their career aspirations. Some members are responsible for everything from user research to implementation, while others are engaged in product development using front-end technology.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for design and front-end development of SaaS developed by estie.
- Design engineers at estie are an important part of the design team, responsible for the user experience and expression in the browser, which is the touch point with the user. We mainly use React for front-end development to solve users' business issues with the best products.
- They are also currently working on building design systems, and are the ones who support the multi-product strategy that estie is pursuing with front-end technology.
Required Skills
- Experience in UI implementation of web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in SPA development using React, Vue, and TypeScript
- Experience in service development
- Experience in team development using GitHub
Preferred Skills
- Front-end and CSS design skills in a mid-size or larger development environment
- Working experience with testing frameworks
- Experience developing and operating design systems and UI parts libraries
- Design and implementation skills with accessibility
- Experience in web and app UI design using Figma and other UI design tools
- Understanding of rendering engines and experience in performance improvement
- Quantitative and qualitative research skills, including SQL-based aggregation and interview design
- Scrum development experience
