Required Skills
- Experience as a QA engineer or test manager at an SIer, and experience working in QA and quality control for B2B FinTech services at an internet company
- Experience in quality control for medium- to large-scale development (establishing quality standards, developing test plans, and managing acceptance tests)
- Experience building and improving quality assurance processes for financial systems
- Experience launching QA processes for new products or projects
- Interest in blockchain technology (practical experience not required)

- Software engineering experience (especially experience designing and implementing test automation and CI/CD is a plus)
- Experience in quality assurance for products using blockchain technology (e.g., smart contract testing, distributed system QA)
- Experience formulating and promoting quality assurance strategies (e.g., test plan development, test process standardization, quality KPI design)
- Experience negotiating with external vendors, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders (especially experience formulating and coordinating quality requirements and release standards is a plus)
- Experience in performance and security testing (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, OWASP ZAP)
- Systematic knowledge of quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, TMMi, ISO 9001)
- Understanding of regulations and compliance in the finance, payments, and blockchain fields (e.g., FISC, SOC2, ISO 27001)

About Datachain
On September 5, 2024, we announced a project to build a cross-border remittance infrastructure with international organizations! By using stablecoins, digital currencies whose value is linked to fiat currency, we aim to enable fast, cheap, and convenient international remittances.
Since its founding in 2018, Datachain has been conducting R&D on technology and business opportunities with the goal of creating a de facto infrastructure as a "global x deep tech" initiative originating in Japan.
Our company aims to become a decacorn (a startup with a corporate value of over $10 billion), and it's often said that to achieve this goal, we need to "win in global x deep tech."
The aforementioned cross-border remittance infrastructure project was launched as a major first step toward this goal. Currently, we are moving forward with the project with an advantage thanks to Japan's advanced legal framework. However, given the large size of the market, global competition is expected to intensify in the future.
In this climate, we are rapidly expanding our recruitment efforts, primarily for our development team, to spearhead the creation of a "de facto infrastructure" based on "global x deep tech" from Japan.

We have already begun developing an international remittance platform using stablecoins in collaboration with international organizations that connect financial institutions around the world.
In June 2023, Japan became the first developed country to enact a bill regarding blockchain stablecoins, making Japan a world leader in legal development. This is important for major companies to utilize stablecoins.

What Makes This Position So Rewarding
In the next-generation financial systems business, you will be responsible for "quality assurance (QA) of in-house products and external vendor quality control." While building a culture and process for internal system quality, you will also appropriately evaluate and manage external vendor development output to achieve systems that meet high quality standards.
Creating the future of cross-border remittances – For "Project Pax," you will work directly with the CEO, collaborating with product managers and tech leads to optimize the development process from a quality assurance perspective. You will proactively drive everything from formulating test strategies to proposing improvements to improve quality.
Taking on the challenge of global financial networks – In development projects including connections with Swift and major banks, you will lead quality control for external vendors and support the realization of a robust and reliable system.
