Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), including blockchain, is poised to bring about major changes in society. In the financial sector, Japan's revised Payment Services Act will come into effect in 2024, becoming the first country in the world to establish legal requirements for stablecoins.

This will enable the transfer of tokens (stablecoins) with stable value on the blockchain while complying with regulations, and is planned for use in international remittances for business entities, such as trade remittances.

Datachain has launched "Project Pax," a collaborative project with Progmat, Inc., to build a cross-border stablecoin (SC) remittance infrastructure, and is currently developing the product with the aim of commercialization in 2025.

In this position, you will be responsible for product development across a wide range of disciplines, including back-end development and infrastructure design and construction.

After gaining a deep understanding of the product's value proposition with the product owner and product manager, you will discuss technical feasibility and constraints with the PO and PdM, and work with other engineers to define the system architecture and implement it from launch to growth.

You will hone a wide range of technical skills through the entire development process, from requirements definition to design, implementation, testing, and operation, and put cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain into practical use to create a new financial infrastructure.

Description

Experience leading the design and implementation of complex enterprise-level (B2B) or B2C systems

Experience developing systems using cloud services such as AWS or Azure

Experience designing systems that are highly scalable, can handle increasing user loads, and maintain optimal performance

Experience promoting and implementing environments that ensure the internal quality of systems

Experience implementing statically typed languages (Go, C/C++, Java, Rust, Scala, etc.) while capturing the unique characteristics of each language

Interest in blockchain technology
