We have partnered with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to establish a new company in preparation for the launch of a new digital bank.
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of QA Manager as part of this initiative.

※ This position involves employment with Money Forward, Inc., and a secondment to the new company (SMBC Money Forward Bank Preparatory Corporation). The evaluation system and employee benefits will follow the policies of Money Forward, Inc.
Required Skills
- Over 3 years of experience in QA management
- Experience managing a team composed of 5 or more members
- Experience in formulating and executing test strategies with a focus on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Bachelor's degree in information processing or computer science, or equivalent knowledge
- Possession of ISTQB or JSTQB Foundation Level certification, or equivalent knowledge; ISTQB Advanced Level is a plus
- Interest and enthusiasm for communication in a global development environment. As development is conducted in collaboration with overseas locations, there will be situations where English is used in business. *A TOEIC score or similar is not required at the time of joining.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI development or using AI tools for development
- As announced in Money Forward AI Vision 2025, we are working on improving operational efficiency using AI and plan to introduce AI agents in all products in the future
- Language Requirements
- Japanese: Business level (N2 or above)
- English: Business level

Main Responsibilities
As a QA Manager, our goal is to shape the future of digital banking in Japan by developing products that are more user-friendly and easier to use than ever before.
QA organization management, including recruitment and development (members across multiple locations: Japan and Vietnam)
Formulation of test strategies (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, functional/non-functional requirements, including automation)
Collection, measurement, analysis, and consideration of defect data for continuous quality improvement
Standardization of development and testing processes
