We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to elevate our ad tech logic to compete at the level of global competitors like CRITEO and Google. At Geniee Inc., we aim to innovate the internet advertising market using cutting-edge technology. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our advertising platform, Geniee SSP/DSP, which holds a significant market share in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and update predictive models in ad technology
- Develop pricing optimization logic for SSP
- Create product recommendation engines (dynamic creative recommendations)
- Envision future data science strategies
- (if there is a desire for management career)
- Manage a team of data scientists
- Share strategies with the internal business side of the Science group
- Development Environment
- Primary Languages/Frameworks: Python
- Databases: Clickhouse, MySQL, BigQuery
- Cloud: GCP
- Communication/Development Tools: GitLab, Slack, Redmine, Confluence, and various AI tools

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning in marketing
Preferred Skills
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in generative AI and machine learning
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in applying new technology trends to business
- Understanding of technical challenges in the advertising industry
Hiring Process
