Job Overview

Shaping Ideal Experiences as a Team

Collaborate with clients, in-house designers, and members from overseas offices to drive projects forward.

Lead the design and development required to realize the ideal experiences envisioned by the entire team, from a technical perspective.

Engaging in Upstream Processes

Participate in projects from the early stages, even before clients' requirements are fully defined.

Conduct meetings with clients, evaluate feasibility from a technical standpoint, and propose the best solutions through technology selection.

Core Implementation and Team Leadership

Implement technically challenging or core parts of projects.

Lead the team to ensure the success of the projects.

Required Skills

3+ years of professional experience in front-end development using JavaScript (TypeScript) and CSS in Japan
Work experience in Japan as a frontend engineer
Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)

Preferred Skills

Experience in development using React or Vue.js
Hands-on experience in direct client negotiations
Experience in developing large-scale web systems or services
Diverse development experience across web front-end, mobile apps, and back-end systems
Leadership experience in discussions about implementation methods and technology selection
Experience explaining feasibility and architecture to clients
Project experience in an international setting
