Job Overview
Our designers start from service design and are involved in every stage from UX consulting to implementation. You will work to enhance user experiences in collaboration with clients, in-house and external designers, and engineers across various roles and projects.
Our team includes members from various countries, including China, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Sweden. While communication primarily occurs in Japanese, we provide support for learning Japanese after joining the company.

Evaluation System
We emphasize a two-stage growth model: mastering delivery capabilities and advancing to business-driving roles. Key evaluation criteria identify current strengths and areas for growth, helping guide your next steps.
Team members are categorized into 15 levels based on skill points.
Evaluations occur twice annually, with promotions and salary adjustments typically conducted annually. In exceptional cases, changes may occur semiannually.
