You'll be the backbone of our office IT operations, supporting Japan and Global teams across multiple locations. You'll ensure our teams stay connected and productive while driving automation initiatives that scale with our growth. This role combines hands-on technical support with strategic process improvement, making it perfect for someone who loves solving problems and building efficient systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee day to day IT operations, help desk management, and infrastructure stability.
Manage onboarding and offboarding, access control, and asset management.
Administer enterprise systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and internal tools.
Execute projects such as hardware refreshes, new service integrations and infrastructure improvements.
Maintain and enhance the IT documentation base.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to IT processes and services.
