What You’ll Do

As a Lead/Senior Engineer, you’ll play a key role in leading the development and improvement of SAMANSA’s platform.

You’ll work closely with our cross-functional team to design, build, and optimize features that enhance the user experience and accelerate our product growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and operation of our short film streaming platform
Build and maintain features across backend and frontend (full-stack development)
Analyze user data to identify opportunities and implement product improvements
Contribute to technical strategy and participate in key engineering decisions
Mentor and support other engineers while improving development processes
Drive continuous delivery and rapid iteration through efficient feedback cycles
Our Tech Stack
Backend: Ruby on Rails / Go / Rust
Frontend: React (Next.js) / Vue / HTML / CSS
Mobile: Flutter
Infrastructure: AWS (GCP experience is a plus)
Data Analysis: BigQuery, statistical analysis tools
Version Control: GitHub
Tools: Slack / Notion
Team Structure (as of May 2025)
Backend: 4 engineers (2 also handle infrastructure)
Frontend: 2 engineers (one graduate intern, one in early 30s)
Mobile: 3 engineers (in their late 20s)
Others: 1 Product Manager, 1 Assistant PM, 1 QA tester, 1 Data Analyst, 1 UI/UX Designer
