Job Responsibilities / Job Brief

We are looking for C++ Developer to join our hedge fund working on the development of Order and Execution Management Systems (OEMS) or Portfolio Management Systems (PMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming and a solid understanding of financial markets and trading systems.

Develop and maintain high-performance C++ applications for OEMS or PMS platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features.

Optimize existing code for performance and scalability.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of the systems.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in software development.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering or similar engineering background
  • At least 3 years proficiency in C++ programming with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
  • Experience working in the development of OEMS or PMS platforms is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, trading algorithms, and FIX protocol.
  • Familiarity with databases, data structures, and software development tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • A keen interest and understanding of the financial markets and hedge fund strategies.
