Details
Streamlining a wide range of development tasks—including requirements definition, design, implementation, and testing—by leveraging AI assistance and AI agents.
Evaluating and promoting the adoption of AI-driven development tools, such as IDEs like Cursor and Windsurf, and agent-based platforms like Bolt.new and Devin.
Collaborating with internal project managers, directors, and designers to drive business success from a technical perspective.
As a tech lead, define the technical direction of projects and guide the development team.
As a full-stack engineer, lead development teams based primarily in Japan and Vietnam, driving projects to successful delivery.
Demonstrate leadership beyond your area of expertise to drive project success.
Responsible not only for design and development, but also for building CI/CD pipelines, formulating and executing deployment strategies, and driving stable operations and continuous improvement of the service.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a technical leader in web system development projects
- Experience with cloud development using AWS, Azure, or GCP
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and deep learning, with experience using related Python libraries
- Experience developing applications or agents using LLMs (e.g., LangChain)
- Experience customizing LLMs themselves
- Experience using AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI Service
- Practical knowledge of design and development processes such as Domain-Driven Design
- Leadership experience in upstream processes such as requirements definition and basic design
- Backend development experience using frameworks like Django or Spring
- Experience with environment setup using Docker and Terraform
- Experience with test automation and test-driven development
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum and XP
