Job description
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead the development of electronic circuits across the entire LexxPluss product line. This includes our flagship autonomous mobile robot (Lexx500), its towing accessory (LexxTug) and several innovative products currently in development. You will oversee the design and development of comprehensive electronic circuit systems, with a primary focus on circuit design for our autonomous robots. You will have the opportunity to influence multiple facets of product development and collaborate across disciplines, with the flexibility to contribute to other areas of robotics based on your expertise.
Conceptual design of electronics systems (automated transport robots, etc.):
In order to achieve business requirements and product objectives, we will conceptualize electrical circuit designs that take into account mechanical and software design.
Electronic circuit board development:
With the cooperation of in-house engineering resources and external partners, we will carry out the development of various PCBs to operate the Lexx500 and peripheral devices.
We also have discretion over in-house and outsourcing of development.
Component and board supplier control:
We will hold meetings with partner companies in charge of procuring components and mass-producing boards, resolve issues in mass-producing developed boards, and smoothly carry out and maintain mass production.
Cost reduction analysis:
We will review the circuit design and parts used for the entire product and develop a development plan to reduce costs. The plan will be reflected in the product roadmap.
Failure Analysis:
You will use your expertise to plan countermeasures and lead improvement designs for defects that occur frequently or are difficult to repair using normal maintenance procedures, among the defects that occur in the electronic circuits of our products.
You may also be asked to accompany business trips to customer sites.
