This role is in the Customer Success team, responsible for guiding client companies through onboarding and continued use of Japan Dev to hire foreign engineers.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and committed to sincerely supporting both the client side (companies hiring tech talent in Japan) and the user side (engineers looking for jobs).
You will work closely with our bilingual team, including our founder and CEO Eric, a former Mercari Engineering Manager from the US, and other team members.
You will often interact with HR professionals responsible for hiring global talent.
