当社のAI開発プラットフォーム「exaBase Studio」のDevOpsチームに所属していただき、チームプロセスおよびクラウドインフラのセットアップ自動化を主導していただきます。インフラの自動化を通じてデプロイメントの効率化を図り、システムの可用性向上に貢献していただきます。 また、exaBase Studio開発チームやビジネス部門と緊密なパートナーシップを築き、クロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーと連携しながらプロジェクトを推進していただきます。
具体的には以下の業務を中心に担当いただきます。
インフラ構築、自動化、維持管理
CI/CD環境の運用・管理
他のエンジニアリングチームがexaBase Studioのサービスをスムーズにデプロイできるよう、ツールやプラクティスの開発や技術支援
複数部門を巻き込んだプロジェクトリード
You will be a member of our DevOps team for the AI development platform exaBase Studio, leading the automation of team processes and the setup of cloud infrastructure. By automating infrastructure, you will work to improve deployment efficiency and contribute to enhancing system availability. You will establish close partnerships with the exaBase Studio development team and the business side, collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive project initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and maintain the infrastructure to support exaBase Studio.
- Manage and operate CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Develop tools and best practices, and provide technical support to enable other engineering teams to deploy exaBase Studio services smoothly.
- Lead projects involving multiple departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project outcomes.

- 円滑にプロダクト開発を進めるため、週1回は東京オフィスへ出社いただきます。
- 毎週エンジニア勉強会を開催しており最新技術や知見をキャッチアップすることが可能です。
- You would be joining a Development Operations team currently consisting of 4 engineers and an engineering manager.
- To facilitate smooth product development, you are required to come to the Tokyo office once a week.
- We hold weekly engineer study sessions where you can catch up on the latest technologies and insights.

- 応募資格（必須）
- 経験
- DevOps、SRE、インフラエンジニア、ソリューションアーキテクトとして実務経験3年以上
- AWSを活用したインフラ構築および自動化経験
- IaCの概念理解およびツール（Chef、Packer、Terraform等）の使用経験
- バージョン管理、CI/CD、インフラ自動化、オーケストレーション、デプロイ自動化、および構成管理に関する知識
- 何らかのWebフレームワークを用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験
- 語学力
- ビジネスレベルの日本語(N2以上)と会話レベルの英語コミュニケーションスキル
- Experience
- 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, Infrastructure Engineer, or Solution Architect
- Experience in Building and Automating Infrastructure Using AWS
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools (e.g. Chef, Packer, Terraform, etc.)
- Knowledge of source control, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, orchestration, deployment automation, and configuration management
- Developing web services using any web framework
- Language Skills
- Business-level Japanese (e.g., JLPT N1) and conversational English communication skills

- Kubernetesの運用経験
- AzureやGCPなどのクラウドプラットフォームに精通している方
- テックリード（またはリードエンジニア）として技術面からチームをリードした経験
- Experience with operations of Kubernetes
- Familiarity with additional cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP
- Experience in leading a team from a technical side as a tech lead (or a lead engineer)
