The Role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Monitor and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Jira and Salesforce.
- 2+ years working background in cybersecurity (from private or public sectors).
- Fluent English and at least intermediate Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher).
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and see projects through the full lifecycle.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of endpoint security or previous work experience with endpoint security products.
- Basic understanding of ransomware, malware, and desktop risks.
