Job Responsibilities
Multi-Team Architecture: Develop and design high-level architectural concepts that span multiple products or teams. Ensure long-term technical debt is managed across the division.
Strategic Alignment: Build the Technology Division's strategy into actionable team roadmaps. Align the team's technical choices with the company's marketplace positioning.
Organizational Improvement: Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks that exist between teams. This includes structuring cross-team delivery flows and improving inter-departmental collaboration.
Technical & Product Strategy: Define and strategize resource requirements of tech stack for new product launches, actively driving hiring initiatives and leading 'Buy vs. Build' evaluations to optimize the company's bottom line.
Culture Engineering: Fosters an environment of psychological safety and radical transparency. Actively mentors other engineers and builds a culture and peer feedback.
